Children

The atmosphere at J.Nicolle Salon & Spa is relaxation based. We ask that children only be in the salon if they are having services. This allows for yourself and other guests to have the ultimate relaxation during services. Many of the J.Nicolle Team have children. Please know we still love and enjoy them!

Salon Information

Design & Style Benefits

Within 3 Weeks of a Men's Design & Style the guest may come in for one complimentary trim for the neck area. Women have the option to come in within 4 weeks for a complimentary Fringe Trim. Just stop by and we will keep you looking your best!                      

Cancellations

Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Your consideration of this policy allows you and other guests more freedom to enjoy the services and times that work best for you. We understand circumstances may arise that do not allow you to show for appointments. Please note if there are more than two no call, no shows for a guest we may require a credit card to hold the appointment. The card will be charged for the appointment missed.                 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. J. Nicolle Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date. 


Age Restrictions

The team at  J. Nicolle strives to take the best care of each guest. Our spa staff are professionally trained and here to create an exceptional and safe service. We require that children ages 15-17 have an adult accompany them to their service and written parental consent given before the service starts. We will be happy for a member of our spa team to discuss options for guests under 15.  This may include consulting to teach techniques and stretching that can be used at home. 


Sickness

We never like to hear that you aren't feeling well and wish you the most speedy recovery! If you are feeling under the weather, please do not hesitate to give us a call to reschedule your appointment. We want to serve you the best way possible and sometimes that is allowing you the time to heal at home. We care about you, the protection of our staff, and all guests we see throughout the week. **If you are on antibiotics, we ask that you be cleared by your doctor and not contagious before receiving any spa service. Please note that your service provider will provide a consultation and help decide whether or not it is appropriate to continue with your service that day.**

O U R  V I S I O N 

Product Returns

We want you to love your product choice and would be more than happy to exchange your product purchase for another product that better meets your needs. All  product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Products must have been purchased at our location. We cannot accept returns for discontinued products, personal blends or make up. 


Arrival times

Please check in 10 minutes before your service. Enjoy a complimentary cup of Aveda Comforting Tea and begin your sensory journey.  We understand that unforeseen events occur.  Please let us know if our appointment needs to be rescheduled.  Late arrival may result in the need to reschedule your service in order to give each of our guests the best experience and respect.                  

Scheduling

Please schedule at least 3-5 weeks in advance to allow us time to provide you with the best quality service.
